Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging to be eligible for a return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: Since we only accept cash on delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, altered, or not in original condition cannot be returned.

Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs
